WorkSafe consulted on a proposed safe work instrument, Health and Safety at Work (Hazardous Substances - Modified Application of Controlled Substance Licence Requirements for Specified Class 1 Substances), which outlines controlled substance licence requirements for specified class 1 hazardous substances (explosives).
The consultation ran from 19 April to 17 May 2023.
